The welding column & boom can be used for welding semi-automatically for various jobs, pressure vessels, heat exchanges, colums, boilers, heavy structures, components etc for various welding process like TIG, MIG, SAW, Strip Cladding (SC), Narrow Gap Welding (NAG), hard facing, Plasma welding ( PW) etc process.

V-WELD Heavy Duty Column & Boom / Manipulator / Welding Head are ideal for jobs in which welding head for welding process like TIG, MIG, Submerged Arc ( SAW), PW is to be mounted on boom end. As per the needs, the Heavy duty column boom is configured.

Heavy duty column boom is having size upto 11.5 mtr x 11.5 mtr, having heavy duty rack & pinion for Vertical movement and Horizontal movements.

V-WELD Column & Boom have following axis :-
- Boom In/Out movement
- Boom Vertical UP/DOWN movement
- Column Base swivel
- C & B travel on rail track
